房室结双径路传导及其影响因素探讨

探讨１３６例经食管心脏电生理检查患者的年龄、基础心率及迷走神经张力与房室结双径路的关系，结果表明双径路的发生率与年龄、基础心率密切相关，年龄越小，基础心率越慢，双径路的发生率越高。阿托品可使大多数患者的双径路消失，说明双径路的发生与迷走神经张力有关，其张力增高，可出现房室结传导的纵向分离。

The relationship between dual atrioventricular nodal pathways and vagalnerve tone , ang , basic heart rate was investigated in 136 patients by transesopagus atri-al pacing (TEAP). Result indicated that appearance rate of DAVNP is closely related topatient's age, basic heart rate, the younger the age , the lower the basic heart rate, thehigher the appearance rate of DAVNP. The 70. 83%. DAVNP disappearance after usingatropine shows that DAVNP's appearance is related to vagal tone. When vagal tone in-creases , A-V nodal conduction may appear vertical dissociation.
