心脏瓣膜病与先天性心脏病的核素影像诊断

摘要 近年来,新的放射性药物不断开发,γ照相机和SPECT的广泛应用,使核医学技术得到长足的发展,放射性核素用于心脏、大血管的检查也日渐完善,核素对心脏瓣膜病与先天性心脏病的诊断主要是根据血液动力学的改变与核素稀释的原理,利用放射性核素首次通过法进行心血管造影和门电路心血池动态显像了解心脏结构的变化,血流方向与途径的改变以及心脏功能的异常。通过计算机采集数据测定任何部位时间-放射性曲线,可获得循环时间、心输出量和分流等定量诊断参数,对诊断左向右分流定位诊断符合率为90.6%,定性诊断阳性率为97.6%。 Abstract Recently,continuous progress of new radioactive pharmacy and extensive use of γ-camera and SPECT have made nuclear medicine techniques gradually complete.Nuclear diagnosis is based on dynamic dilution of isotope in the blood flow. Its principle is that we do angiography and gated cardic blood Pool imaging by Radionuclear First Pass method in order to understand the change of cardiac structure, direction and passage of blood flow and abnormal heart function.Measurement of time-radioaction curve in any part is that we collect all kinds of data in order to acquire quantitative parameter of circulation time, heart output and shunt rate, et al. The coincidence is 90. 6% for determination of the shunt. The positive rate in specificity is 97. 6 %.
