摘要
将中药鸦胆子油制剂与碘化油混合后乳化，通过股动脉插管至肝总动脉，将该乳化剂注入１５只实验犬肝内。病理结果显示鸦胆子油对正常犬肝组织有一定程度的毁损毒力；致外周血白细胞总数升高、骨髓增生活跃；其它组织器官无结构破坏和功能损害．另以该乳化剂对１３例原发性肝癌进行１～４次肝动脉插管灌注治疗，临床结果表明鸦胆子油对肝癌灶体有强烈的杀灭能力，无全身机能毒副反应，用药后临床症状短时间即明显缓解或消失。动物实验和临床试用显示鸦胆子油借助介入手段治疗原发性肝癌具有重要的临床价值。
Abstract An pathologic study was carried out on fifteen dogs by transcatheter hepatic intra-arterial injection of the Brucea Javanica seminal oil. The results showed that the drug caused destruction of hepatic tissue to some extent,led Wee count to increase and the bone marrow to activate. 13 patients with hepatic cancer were treated by the same way for one to four times. The consequences revealed that the drug had strong ability to kill cancerous tissures without serious side-effects,the clinical symptoms and signs of the Patients were approved in a short time after the inkction of the drug
