摘要
本文报告８０例胸内肿块性病变经皮穿刺活检术，共进行８８次穿刺，其正确诊断率为９２．５％．假阴性率为７．５％。为了提高活检率需：（１）选好穿刺点，多点穿刺（２）选择适当的穿刺针．反复抽吸；（３）穿刺标本检查包括肿瘤组织和细菌学；（４）医学影像科．临床科和病理科间密切配合。着重对活检技术，适应症、禁忌症和并发症进行了讨论．针刺活检的危险性小，方法简便，安全可靠。
Abstract This paper reported the resuelts of biopsy of intrathoracic mass lesion in 80cases performed under X-TV and B Mode Ultrasound imaging guidance in 88 times.The diagnortic accuracy was 92.5%,false negative result 7.5%.In order to improve the accuracy of biopsy attention should be paid to:(1)chose accurate location of biopsy and multiple punctures;(2)chose the best fitting needle and repeated aspiration;(3)corect specimen examination including tumor cell and bacteria;(4)close cooperation between the medical imaging clinic and pathology departments,The technique indication contraindication and complication were discussed.There was no fatality,massive bleeding or serious hemoptysis This technique is not only simple and carries low risk to the patient but also yield a comparatively hish pescentage of diagnostic accutacy.
