二尖瓣脱垂的经食管超声心动图三维重建 被引量:1

The use of three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography in the diagnosis of mitral valve prolapse

摘要 对9例二尖瓣脱垂患者行经食管超声心动图三维重建.其三维图像特征是:在收缩期关闭时二尖瓣前后叶不能对合,脱垂的瓣叶不同程度地脱入左房,似“瓢匙状”.根据“瓢匙”的深浅可以判断脱垂的程度.表明:此种检测影像直观、清晰、逼真、立体感强,可为临床提供二尖瓣脱垂准确的三维形态学资料. This paper reports the use of three-dimensional (3D) transesophageal echocardio-graphy (TEE) in the diagnosis of mitral valve prolapse. In mitral valve prolapse, the prolapsed leaflets protrud into the left atrium, like 'spoon', the leaflets coapte poorly .with a seam between them. According to the deep of the spoon, we may decide the severity of prolapse. The research shows: the mitral valve apparatus of 3D TEE reconstruction is clear, audio-visual and high-stereoscopic imagings. It can provide accurate 3D anatomical data for mitral valve apparatus stereo-morphological study and is helpful to define spatial location and extent of deformities. Therefore, it provides a new diagnostic criteria of mitral valve prolapse.
