摘要
本文将应用彩色多普勒血流会聚区(FCR)法对55例显示血流会聚区的非偏心二尖瓣返流患者所测的返流率(F)与返流束面积(S_R)、返流束面积与左房面积(S_LA)之比(S_R/S_LA)相比较,相关系数分别为0.732及0.822(均P<0.01)。并按常规将二尖瓣返流分为轻、中、重度三组,分别以FCR法测定下值,结果组间差异非常显著(均P<0.001).表明FCR法为一定量评估非偏心二尖瓣返流严重程度较为理想的无创性方法,具有广泛的理论研究及临床应用前景。
Abstract Recently color Doppler flow convergence region(FCR) is an advancing quantitative method used to measure mitral regurgitant flow. We evaluated the clincal applicability of FCR in 55 patients with free mitral regurgitant jet showing FCR obviously. Maxium regurgitant jet area as well as the ratio of regurgitant area-to-left atrial area were compared to regurgitant flow rate calculated by FCR. The results showed there were close correlations between them(γ=0.732 and 0.822,P<0.01). Mitral regurgitation is divided into three degrees(mild,moderate and severe)according to SR or SR/SLA. There were great differences of regurgitant flow rate between three groups. We conclude that FCR method is an ideal noninvasive method in estimating the severity of free mitral regurgitant jet,which shows its promising prospect of theoritical studies and clinical application
