摘要
应用补体介导细胞毒法体外消除2例白血病骨髓中残存瘤细胞,并作自身骨髓移植。用国产CD7单抗(LN67-8及LS93-2,IgG2b)首次净化1例T-ALL骨髓及CD10单抗(55,IgG2a)净化1例CALLA+-ALL。靶细胞清除率均达3个对数级,骨髓CFU-GM回收率分别为57.6%~75.8%及51.7%~72.3%。T-ALL病人移植后26天获造血重建。现已完全缓解3年,首次证实国产单抗LN67-8及LS93-2净化骨髓有效、安全。
Two patients with leukemia were autografted while purging of residual leukemic cells of bone marrow with complement mediated cytotoxicity. One patient of T-ALL was purged with CD7 monoclonal antibody (LN67-8 ,LS93-2, IgG2b),the other of CALLA+-ALL with CD10 monodonal antibody (55, IgG2a.). The Purging efficaly was as high as three common logarithmically grade pecovery rate of bone marrow CFU-GM was 57.6% ̄75.8% and 51.7% ̄72.3% respectively. The patient with. T-ALL reconstituted. Hematopviesis 26 days following transplant, and has been in complete remission for three years. It's evidenced that home produced monoclonal antibodies LS67-8 and LN93-2are both Safe and effective for marrow purging.
