The Treating of Failed Filtering Blebs

用细针修正青光眼滤过术后疗效不佳、巩膜内口开放的扁平滤过泡17例19眼，并辅以5－氟尿嘧啶治疗。随访3～31个月，结果14眼眼压得到控制，滤过泡弥散高起，3眼病部用抗青光眼药后也能控制眼压。提示该法能够挽救一部分行将失败的滤过手术。

Nineteen glaucotna eyes(17 patients) with failed or failing filtering blebs wee treated by transconjunctival nede revision of the bleb and subonjunctival 5-Fluorodracil injections. The length of follow up ranged from 3 to 31 months,tbe results in 14 of 19 eyes were successed, in 3 of 19 were defined by an intraocular pressure of 2. 8kPa or leas with droping antiglaucoma medications,in 2 of 19 wer failed.
