摘要
本文对１６位例临床诊断为腮腺Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ’ｓ瘤的患者做了９９ｍＴｃ０４－ＳＰＥＣＴ检查。显像结果表现为特异性的“热”结节者．术后病理均证实为腮腺Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ’ｓ瘤，其真阳性为１００％（１６／１６）。本法是诊断Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ’ｓ瘤的一种简单、安全、准确的检查方法。
Abstract patients with parotid Warthin's tumor proven histopathologically were studied by SPECT imaging with technetium 99m pertechnetate. The imaging results showed specifical 'hot' spot and the true positive rate was 100% (16/16). It was suggested that the salivary gland imaging be a simple and noninvasive diagnostic method for the Warthin's tumor.
