摘要
对照分析３６例胃癌（１９例获手术切除，１７例未能切除或仅作姑息手术）术前ＣＴ表现与术后大体病理所见．探讨ＣＴ在术前评估胃癌手术切除可能性中的作用和依据。本文还讨论了ＣＴ在胃癌诊断和签别诊断中的某些作用。在对三组不同体位同ＣＴ检查满意度比较后，介绍取左前斜位，用温水作造影剂扩张胃腔．能对胃各部位都取得比较满意的结果。
Abstract When a gastric cancer is discovered and diagnosed,the most important things should be decided are:whether the lesion can be removed or not,which surgery should be done,and what kind of treatment plan is the choice for the patient's survival. In this paper 36 cases of gastric cancer were reported,and their CT findings were compared with the surgical gross pathology. This study is intended to explore the removability of the cancer with surgery,to help decide the appropriate tretment,and to evaluate. the peognosis. The effective technique applied to the gastric CT scan includs left anterior oblique supine position and dilatation of stomach with warm water to outline the whole wall of the stomach.
