体外循环心内直视手术67例麻醉处理

ANESTHESIA MANAGEMENT OF 67 PATIENTS ACCEPTING OPEN HEART OPERATIONS WITH EXTRACORPOREAL CIRCULATIONS

本文介绍应用芬太尼、安定、硫贯妥钠复合肌松药施行体外循环心内直视手术的麻醉６７例经验及体会。此方法诱导平稳，效果确切，安全可靠。６７例均采用体外循环血流降温、冠状动脉根部灌注冷停跳液等心肌保护措施。同时强调循环和呼吸管理、酸碱及水电平衡维持的重要性。

This article discussed the experience of anesthesia by using fentanyl,diazepam,sodium pentothal and muscle relaxant in patients accepting open heart operations with extracorpreal circulation. The method is safe and reliable and better results might be got. In order to protect myocardium,all these patients accepted low temperature through extracorporeal circulations and local deep hypothermia, and cryocardioplesia by filling perfusate through coronary artery. The article also emphasizes the importance of respiration and circulation management,and of acid-base and water-electrolyte balance sustenance.
