摘要
本文对医院感染铜绿假单胞菌１０６株，环境６９株共１７５株进行血清学、噬菌体、绿脓菌素和耐药谱分型。主要血清型４、６、１１型；噬菌体型３／６／１４／１６／２０／２２／２７／３０／３２／３３／４６／４８／．１／２／１４／１６／２０／２９／３０／３２／３３／３５／４８／６１／７１和６／３３；绿脓菌素型４２５３３４（４２５５３４）、１６５１３４和１１２１３４（１１２４３４）；不同血清型ＰＡ对抗生素耐药谱不同。证实了引起医院感染，除患者自身因素外还与环境污染有关。
Described in this article is our study of 175 strains of aeruginous pseudomonas according to serology,phage cleavage spectrum and pyocyanine. The serotypes are 4, 6 and 11. The phage cleavage spectrum is 3/6/14/16/20/22/27/30/32/33/46/4, 1/2/14/16/ 20/29/30/32/33/35/48/61/71 and 6/33. The bacteriocin typing is 425334 (425534 ),165134 and 112134(112434). All these facts proved that both the patients and the environmental pollution are responsible for the infection in hospital.
