摘要
从薯蓣皂甙元及其渣料的薄层色谱发现9个组分.采用柱色谱和离心薄层色谱配用的方法,从薯蓣皂甙元渣料分离出5个纯品.研究了薯蓣皂甙元含量的薄层光密度测定法.
Nine constituents of dlosgenin and its waste were detected by TLC. Five pure constituents were separated and collected from waste diosgenin by column chromatography and by centrifugal TLC. The method for the quantitative determination of diosgenin by TLC-densitoiletry was described.
