摘要
报告９例十二指肠损伤。患者均经手术治疗，治愈８例，死亡１例，占１１．１％。笔者认为提高医生的重视程度，严密的动态观察是早期诊断的有效方法。详尽的探查是防止漏诊和争取早期处理的重要环节。本文强调简单合理的手术方式和良好的减压引流是手术成功的关键。
Nine cases of injuries in duodenum were treated in our hospital. Eight cases recovered, while one died (11. 1%). Careful examination and dynamic observation can avoid missed diagnosis. The suitable operation and decompression drainage are the keys to a successful operation.
