摘要
新生期去胸腺(NTx)小鼠2月龄时脾脏淋巴细胞ConA反应性、MLR和IL-2产生能力均受抑制,而NK活性显著增加。NTx小鼠2月龄时血清T4和73水平均明显降低,去胸腺越早T4水平越低;还发现NTx大鼠的T4水平也明显降低。NTx雌性小鼠卵巢重量和血清E_2水平明显降低,但雄性NTx小鼠血清睾酮水平下降不明显。NTx小鼠的血清皮质酮水平明显降低。另发现NTx小鼠下丘脑甲硫脑啡肽(M-Enk)含量明显降低。本文研究结果表明NTx可降低甲状腺、性腺和肾上腺皮质的功能,并影响下丘脑(MEnk)的产生,证实了新生期胸腺对神经内分泌系统的功能发育起着重要作用。
In neonatally thymectomized (NTx) mice, when examined at 2 month, Con A reactivity, MLR (mixed lymphocyte culture reaction) and IL-2 production of splenocytes were found to be depressed,and NK activity increased sig-nficantly. Serum T4 andT3 levels of NTx mice, as well as serum T4 level of NTx rats, when examined at the second month, were found to be decreased significantly.In female NTx mice, the ovarian weight and serum E2 level decreased signi icantly, but serum testosterone level of male NTx mice was not obviously lowered. Serum corticosterone level of NTx mice also lowered significantly and the concentration of met-enkephalin in hypothalamus even decreased to 51.8% of the control group. These results demonstrated that thymus in the newborn hlays an important role in the functional development of neuro-endocrine system.
