经阴超声检查在妇产科的应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND IN OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY

采用经阴超声检查技术对２６５例妇产科疾病，如卵泡监测，子宫、卵巢病变、早孕及病理性妊娠、以及盆腔其它肿块等进行检查，除卵泡监测外，余者均经诊刮、穿刺、腹腔镜检查、手术或病理证实，诊断准确率为９８．５％，并分别描述了其声象图特征及经阴超声检查的优点。经阴超声方法简便，图像清晰，能够提供更准确的诊断信息，对妇产科疾病的诊断实用可靠，值得推广应用。

Transvaginal ultrasound technique(TVUS)was used to examine 265 patients with obstetric and gynecologic diseases. The diagnoses included the monitoring of follicles.uterine and ovarian lesions .normal and pathological early pregnancy.other pelvic masses and so on. All the cases were proved by curett-age.puncture,peritoneosc and pathology. The total accuracy rate was 98.5%(261/265). The transvaginal sonographic characteristics of them and advantages of TVUS was discussed. We considered that TVUS examination is technically simple,with a clear image,may provide more accurate informations for diagnosis,and therefore it is more practical and reliable method in diagnosis of obstetric and gynecologic diseases.
