摘要
本文通过39例正常人及65例随机选择的住院患者常规与HC两种导联右胸ECG对比分析发现:HC导联右胸QRS主波方向及分布范围与肢体导联平均心电轴角度有关。主波向下范围≤HV4R者平均电轴正常,主波向下范围≥HV5R者,平均电轴左偏。引起主波向下范围扩大与导致电轴左偏的病因基本相同。分析其产生的原因,可能与心脏去极化方向、心脏位置、心电场场强分布等因素有关。
The ECG results of routine and HC leads were contrasted between 39 healthy persons and 65 inpatients. The main wave direction of the right chest QRS was found to be closely related to the mean electrical axis angles. The mean electrical axis remained normal in the patients whose downward main wave scope was not more than HV4R. Left deviation occured in the mean electrical axis when the downward main wave scope was not less than HV5R. The expansion of the downward main wave scope and the left axis deviation proved to have the same cause. And the cardiac depolarization, the position of the heart. and the intensity of the cardioelectric field were supposed to be the main causes.
