摘要
在实验室研究的基础上,讨论了将恒槽压法阳极保护新技术应用于低碳钢浓硫酸冷却器的可能性。实验数据表明,当硫酸温度、浓度及通气条件发生变化时,恒槽压法可使维钝电位处于相应的最佳值。在阳极面积/阴极面积为30:1、温皮为40℃的条件下,当槽压维持在349mV、维钝电位约为250mV时,低碳钢在93%和98%浓硫酸中的平均腐蚀率分别为0.07mm/a和0.064mm/a.与恒电位法相比,恒槽压法不需控制参比电极,致钝操作简单,且控制稳定可靠。
The constant cell potential--based anodic protection technique was studied for its application to mild steel concentrated sulphuric acid coolers.The experimental data indicated that when temperature, concentration and atomosphere varied,anodic potential rapidly moved over to corresponding passive region by maintaining a constant cell potential. The corrosion rates of mild steel in 93% and 98% H2SO4 were 0. 07mm/a and 0. 064 mm/a at 40℃, 349mV cell potential and 250mV passive potential with 30:1 aTea ratio of anode to cathode. The constant cell potential control avoids the need of control reference electrodes and provids a simple operation and steady control.
