摘要
柠檬酸钠法生产液体二氧化硫的关键设备泡沫吸收塔,在设计中因某些工艺参数选用不当,试生产中出现吸收率低、塔压降过大、液沫夹带严重等问题,经调整筛板层数、筛板孔径、溢流堰口高度及面积等后,吸收塔运行正常。
Design and improvement Of a sieve-plate absorption tower for liquid SO2 production by sodium citrate process are described. Because of unreasonable parameters selected in the original design, higher pressure drop, lower absorption efficiencies and serious entrainment occured in trialproduction. Some improvement were made including change of perforation diameter and number of sieve - plate,and height and area of overflow weir. The absorption tower operatessatisfactorily.
