关于提高烧渣铁品位的试验报告

Experiment on Upgrading of lron Content in Pyrite Cinder

对硫铁矿烧渣进行筛分工艺试验，用以确定烧渣铁品位达标所需的筛网孔径。试验表明，渣粒度越大，则总Ｆｅ越低，Ｓ全和ＳｉＯ２越高；重力尘中的Ｆｅ含量大于５３％，无须筛分，即可满足炼铁要求。

The sieve test of the pyrite cinder were madeto determine the diameter of the mesh for whichthe iron grade of cinder would be fulfilled. Thetest showed that the bigger the cinder particles,the lower the total iron content and the higher thetotal sulphur and SiO2 content. The iron contentof the dust collected in gravity settler and cycloneis as high as >53%, so the sieve separation forthose two categories of dusts is unnecessary.
