关于提高烧渣铁品位的试验报告

摘要 对硫铁矿烧渣进行筛分工艺试验,用以确定烧渣铁品位达标所需的筛网孔径。试验表明,渣粒度越大,则总Fe越低,S全和SiO2越高;重力尘中的Fe含量大于53%,无须筛分,即可满足炼铁要求。 The sieve test of the pyrite cinder were madeto determine the diameter of the mesh for whichthe iron grade of cinder would be fulfilled. Thetest showed that the bigger the cinder particles,the lower the total iron content and the higher thetotal sulphur and SiO2 content. The iron contentof the dust collected in gravity settler and cycloneis as high as >53%, so the sieve separation forthose two categories of dusts is unnecessary.
