摘要
提出了同时考虑机械密封端面的径向锥度、环向波度、各向同性的表面粗糙度以及油膜发散区的空化作用的两维混合摩擦的模型,可用来预测机械密封的工作性能;对影响因素中的主要因素分别进行了详细的分析,可供设计和使用时参考。
A two dimensional mixed friction model is developed. The model considers surface radial taper, circumferential waviness and isotropic roughness of sealing face as well as fluid cavication. Using the model, seals working performance can be predicted. Finally, the main factors having effects on seals performance are performed respectively parametric study in detail, which can provide direction for seals design and field application.
