摘要
用9种具有人类血型专一性或无血型专一性的凝集素,对牛精细胞表面膜上的受体进行了研究.各种凝集素的浓度各不相同就能使牛精细胞发生凝集反应.VBL对人或羊或牛精细胞发生凝集反应的最低浓度也不相同.上述凝集素用FITC标记,再与牛精细胞作用,从荧光显微镜下可以看到,各种凝集素在牛精细胞膜上的受体的分布各不相同,显示在膜上各种凝集素有其相对应的各自的受体.
The hemagglutin abilities of seveial lectins 10 agglutinate ejaculated cattle spermatozoa have been investigated. CML, PLA. BBL, PEL, PBA, MDL, UEH I, VBL and APL can agglutinate sperm at concentrations of 1.95g/mL, 0.98g/mL, 0,78/g/mL, 1.95g/L, 95g/ML, 3.95 g/mL, 1.25g/mL, 7.8g/mL and 7.8g/mL respectively. The Lowest cones. of VBL to agglutinate human sperm and goat sperm are l5.6g/mL and 31.25g/mL. After labeling the lectins with FITC and incubating the FITC-leetins togelier vith catllespeims, the fluoiescence -microscopic study showed that the distribution of the receplors of these lectins are different one from the other indicating that diffeient leclirs have their ovn speeific receptois on the same sperm -cell surface in accondanee the diffeient in their chemical composition and molecular structure.
