离心压缩机级叶轮外径切割的估算方法

Calculation of Cutting Impeller Outside Diameter for a Centrifugal Compressor Stage

依据３种不同叶片出口角的叶轮进行外径切割的实验结果，提出了离心压缩机级叶轮外径切割的估算方法。使用该方法有利于利用已有模型级的实验结果，比较准确地估计不同叶轮外径切割量时的级性能，从而扩大该模型级的使用范围，也可在产品试验后发现级出口压力偏高时，比较准确地确定应有的叶轮外径切割量。

A method is presented for the calculation of cutting impeller outside diameter of a centrifugal compressor stage. This method can be used to estimate accurately the performance of a model stage when its impeller outside diameter is cut or calculate in advance the size of cutting impeller outside diameter according to the requirement of reducing the outlet pressure of a stage.
