摘要 用倒扭摆研究了非晶态合金Pd_(77.5)Ag_(6.0)Si_(16.5)的低温内耗和切变模量行为.经电解充氢后在120—130K范围内发现一个弛豫型内耗峰,随氢含量的增加,峰高增大,峰温移向低温,退火去氢后则具有可逆趋势.弛豫激活能为0.28±0.05eV.氢内耗峰的微观机制,是处于四面体或八面体中间隙位置的氢原子应力感生有序. An internal friction measurement with an inverted torson pendulum is made on amorphous Pd77.5 A Si alloy, eJectrolylically charged with hydrogen. A rclaxalion peak appears in the temperature range 120-130k. The peak increases its height aud shifts lowarts lower temrerature with the increase of hydrogen concentralion and exhibits the reverse trend on hydrogen desorption. Its mechanism may be consideried to be associated with the stress-induced reorientation of interstitial hydrogen atoms, with a mean activation energy of 0.28+0.05eV.
