摘要
由于果树作物的无性繁殖有别于种子繁殖,提出了杂交后代个体频率分布图正态性检验的遗传学分析方法,用于果树遗传学研究。即根据表现型──表型频率分布图对正态曲线的符合程来分析某性状的遗传特性。亲本无性群体也作此图,以分析环境效应。以草莓为试材进行实用性验证,结果表明此方法有较大程度的可行性。分析得到的平均单果重、果肉硬度等性状的遗传规律和文献报道完全吻合。同时提出了杂交后代的变异幅度、选择机会、选择可靠性及遗传变异的环境掩盖等新概念。
Because vegetative propagation differs from seed
propagation, a new method,i.e。normal distributive testing of individual frequency figure of a
hybrid population for genetic analy-sis of fruit and berry crops is proposed. By plotting
phenotype-frequency distribution ,the inheri-tance would be shown by its degree of agreement
with normal distributed figure. And the asexualpopulations of parental varieties were also
plotted for analysis of environmental effects。The re-suIts of experiments with strawberry
showed great feasability。 The inheritance of characteristicssuch as average weight of single
berry and flesh firmness is tallied with that in literature。Thevariation deviation ,opportunity
and reliability of selection .and the environmental drownment arediscussed。
