摘要
本文对新型圆简筛清选机构分离过程中物料运动进行了理论分析,建立了圆筒筛上物料运动的数学模型.并应用高速摄影技术及图象判读系统,再现了物料在清选机构内部的真实轨迹,证实了所建立的数学模型与实际相吻合,从而为清选机构的性能分析提供了科学依据.本文还根据研究结果改进了结构。
The separating process of the New Type Rotary Screen Cleaning Mechanism is analyzed theoretically in this article and the theoretical model of material movement on the rotary screen built upas well. The high speed photography and pattern recognition system have been used to reappear theactual locus of internal material movement on the rotary screen and it has been proved that the the theoretical model is identical with the actual situation. It provides a scientific base.for the design of thismechanism. This research has modified the structure and improved the cleaning performance according to the results of research.
