摘要
本文阐述利用自行设计的电阻应变式转矩传感器测试两种工业适逢纫机起动过程与空载时的转矩变化情况,说明缝纫机的起动转短与其起动过程密切相关.文中指出,缝纫机行业中目前单以2r/min的工况获得的阻力矩作为缝纫机起动转矩的规定是不适宜的.本文还简述应用脉冲(锤击)激振法和动态信号处理分析技术确定工业缝纫机动态特性参数(固有频率)及空运转过程中的加速度、振福等量值.从而为厂家拟定提高产品性能的方案,并提出具体改进措施.
This paper describes the application of a self-designed resistance-strain torquue transducer to test the torque change between the starting and idling of two type of induStrial sewing-machines.So as to illustrate the close relationship between the machin's starting torque and starting process,the paper indicates the inadequateness of the rule now adopted in the sewing-mechine trade, of using the resistance acquired merely by 2 rotations per minute operation condition for the sewing-machine's starting torque. The peper also bets with the use of pulse (hammer)-activation method and dynamic characteristic (natural frequency) of industrial sewing-meching,and to determine the magnitudes of acceleration and amplitude,etc,in idle running,thereby offering an approach,and the concrete measures for the manufacturers to improve the quality of their products.
