液态排渣鲁奇气化技术的进展

Progress in the British Gas/Lurgi Slagging Gasification Technology

英国煤气公司开发的液态排渣鲁奇气化技术具有气化效率高、氧耗量低的特点。又由于水煤浆及气化焦油可喷射入气化炉，因此既解决了粉煤的进料问题，又可以在炉内处理气化废水及焦油，改善了环境污染；本文介绍了近二十年来液态排渣鲁奇气化技术的开发过程、解决的工艺及设备等问题以及目前的进展。

The lurgi slagging gasification process developed by the British gas corporation is featured by its high gasification efficiency and low oxygen consumption,Because of the injection of coal water slurry and coal tar into the gasifier through the tuyeres,the feed problem of fine coal has been solved,and the environmental pollution are also greatly improved by the injection of coal tar and waste liquors through the tuyeres.This paper presents the development of the lurgi slagging gasification process in recent 20 years,the improvement of the technology and equipments,and its recent progress.
