摘要 我国大部分焦化厂的焦袖经蒸馏得到的酚油馏分加碱生成酚钠而与中性油分开,酚钠再加硫酸分解得酚类,酚类是重要的化工原料,硫酸钠废液则被排放,本研究是将该废液加少量破乳化剂回收油类,然后先通氨气、再通二氧化碳(可用烟道气代替)生成碳酸钠和疏铵. In most of the coking plant phenolic oil manufactured by distilling coke tar was added with alkali to produce sodium phenolic which can be separated from neutral oil.Then sulfuric acid was put in sodium phenolic to get phenol which is one of fhe most important chemical raw material,and yet the waste water which is full of sodium sulfuric was discharged.This research is to add a few anti-milky agents to the waste water to recover oils,then make ammonia and carbon dioxide(or flue gas in replace)pass the waste water to preduce sodium carbonate and ammonium sulfate.
