摘要
总结了综采大断面巷道泵送高水速凝材料护巷技术在开滦荆各庄矿的工业性试验情况。根据高水速凝材料的性能和具体的地质、生产条件计算出合理的巷旁支护参数;设计了泵送高水速凝材料进行巷旁充填的新工艺系统;选取了有效的巷旁充填临时支护方案。本文还对这项新技术工业性试验所取得的技术经济效果作了具体的分析和评价。
The paper describes a commercial test of pumping stowing material for roadway rib support in a large cross-section roadway in Jinggezhuang Mine,Kailuan. According to performance of stowing materials and concrete geological and production conditions the optimal parameters for support at sides of roadway are calculated. A new process systern is designed to pump the stowing materials with high water content for building packing at sides of roadway. And a temporary support is proposed for effective packing. The techno-economic results of the test are analyzed and evaluated.
