摘要
介绍了５种不同变质程度煤样在加压流化床气化炉上进行加压气化试验研究结果。对试验物料的流态化冷态测试，选择了合理的操作参数。气化试验比较了５种煤的空气－水蒸汽、氧气－水蒸汽及富氧条件下的气化行为，并考察了压力、汽／氧比值及氧气浓度等因素对流化床气化工艺特性的影响。
Five Chinese coals with various of ranks have been tested in pressurized fluidized bed gasifier,the results are given. Reasonable operation parameters were used based on experimental data of cold model. Coals were gasified using different agents including air-steam, oxygen-steam and oxygen-rich. The effect of such factors as pressure, ratio of steam over oxygen and oxygen concentration on gasification properties were investigated.
