摘要
提高企业素质、增强企业竞争和自我发展能力,是企业经营机制得以转换的基础。本文应用层次分析法,构造了影响企业素质的4个方面包括40个因素的层次分析结构模型,可针对任一具体企业进行影响因素的权重排序,找出薄弱环节,采取措施,达到企业整体素质不断优化的目的。整个计算、分析已编成应用软件,使得整个过程使用十分方便。
Improvement of enterprise quality,competitiveness and self-development of the enterprise are the basis for the managementsystem. Based on analytic hierarchy process a model is structured which includes four aspects and forty factors that affect the enterprise quality. The weak link of any enterprise can be found by weighted sequencing and measures can be taken in order to optimize the enterprise quality. All the calculations and analyses are compiled to an application software system,which makes the whole process very convenient.
