热处理低阶煤的表面性质及其对型煤抗压强度的影响 被引量:8

摘要 研究了热处理低阶煤的性质及其对型煤抗压强度的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度升高,煤表面含氧官能团和疏水性烷基侧链逐渐降低,石墨形态碳逐渐升高。在同一成型条件下,随着原煤热处理温度的升高,所制型煤抗压强度增加。因此,对低阶煤采取热处理措施,有利于煤的有粘结剂冷压成型性能的改善。 The properties of the low-rank coals heat-treated were investi-gated and the effects of such treatment on compressive strength of briquettes from the coals were observed. Three low-rank coals used are Xianfen brown coal.Yunnan Zhaotong brown coal and Datong bituminous coal.They were heated at different temperatures in nitrogen and then examined by FTIR and XPS techniques,The re-sults show that the active oxygen-bearing groups and concentration of the hy-dropholic aliphatic carbons (C Ⅱ ) on the coal surfaces decrease and concentration of the graphitic carbons(CⅠ) increases with increasing of heat~treated temperature.The heat-treated coals were briquetted under different conditions. Compressive strength of the briquettes with increasing of the heat-treated temperature and also the relates to properties of coals. Also the strength increases with increasing of C Ⅰand decreasing both of the oxygen-bearing functional groups and C Ⅱ.
