摘要
能源和环境是人类面临的永恒课题。煤炭是中国的主要能源，煤炭的洁净利用是关系中国国民经济健康发展的重要课题。开发和推广洁净煤技术必须因煤制宜，煤质研究是其基础。煤转化是实现中国煤炭洁净利用的一条重要途径，其中煤炭气化和煤炭液化是应该首先考虑的。
Energy and environment is an eternal subject for human being face,Coal is a main energy resource consumed in China. Coal clean utilization is an important issue related to healthful development of the national economy. Develop-ment of clean coal technology should be based on coal characteristics which is a starting point of all clean coal technologies. Coal conversion is an important way for clean utilization of Chinese coal.Coal gasification and liquefaction are imperative.
