摘要
本文通过对细纱胶辊紫外线照射时后摩擦系数、钳口握持刀、表面弹性及状态变化的测试，对其能降低成纱条干CV％值的机理进行了分析探讨，并介绍了几种不同照射工艺的试验对比结果。
Having tested the friction coefficient,gripping force of nipper and surface elasticity and resiliency of top rollers irradiated with ultraviolet, the author analyses the mechanisms of ultraviolet reducing yarn evenness CV% value,and gives out some experiment results with different irradiation technology.
