摘要
分析了四川省乡镇企业素质的现状和存在的问题，对提高乡镇企业的素质提出了若干具体的措施和建议。
The paper analyse the present situation and problems of the Town Enterprises′(TE′) qualities in Sichuan, a series of measures and suggestion on improving the TE′qualities are presented as well.
