一、航空运输发展的显著成就中国的航空运输在国家实行改革开放政策前发展缓慢,1978年航空运输总周转量只有3亿吨公里。自1978年以来,国家社会经济发展加快,对外交往增加,使航空运输的社会需求迅速增长,航空运输进入加速发展时期。
Since the reform and opening to the outside, China's, civil aviation industry has been developing at high speed, particularly in 90s it will remain the same increasing rate. Therefore, there must be some restrictions which will effect the development.
