摘要
在热处理行业中,广泛应用比例、积分、微分来控制炉温(即PID控制)。本文对微机控温的数学模型,采用了有限积分和延时微分作用方式,并加了前馈预给基量和电网电压负反馈。参数计算及软件实现,简单方便,只要调整程序就可改变参数,不需要更多的软件就能满足热处理控制要求。在实际试验中达到了预期效果,从而提高了控温质量和效率。
Proportion, integral and differential are widely used to control furnace temperature ( E. e. PID control ) This paper studies the mathematical model for the temperature control with mico- computers using ways of limited integral and extended differenual and in- creasing the given base amount of prc- feedback and the negative voltage feedback of electric net It is simple and convenient to put into use for the parameters calculation and software realization Through modifying the parameters, the requirements of heat treatment can be satisfied only by adjusting the program without more software. The predicted effects have been achieved in practical experiments with the results of increasing the quality and efficiency of the temperature control.
