摘要
摩托车车架可简化为具有32个节点、44个单元的有限元模型。在确保预期的扭转刚度的前题下,对其进行了最小质量设计。计算结果表明,车架质量比初期值下降了14.26%,而车架的扭转刚度几乎保持不变。
This paper simplifies the motorcycle frame to a finite element model with 32 joints and 44 elements. Minimum mass designing of motorcycle frame is conducted under the precondition that the torsional rigidity is guranteed. The calculation result shows that the mass of the frame decreases by 14. 26%, while the torsional ridigity remains almost unchanged.
