摘要
越野摩托车减震器为了吸收跨越裂缝和跳跃后着地时的巨大冲击力,要求减振器行程尽量长,为改善对路面的适应性,必须减轻簧下质量m_1;摩托车减震器的主要特性应包含缓冲弹簧的弹性特性和阻尼装置的衰减特性,为了获得摩托车的最佳舒适性,减震器弹簧应具有理想的弹性特性,为了获得较好的平顺性,一般要求前减震器衰减力在压缩和伸张行程中基本相等,而后减震器的衰减力伸张行程比压缩行程大得多。
As the shock absorbers equipped on the off-road motorcycles need to absorb the enormerce impact when touching down after striding across gaps or jumping, the stroke of the shock absorbers should be as long as possible. In order to improve the adaptability of the motorcycle to the road surface, the unsprung mass m1 should be reduced. The main performance of motorcycle shock absorbers includes the elastic characteristics of the spring and the attenuation characteristics of damping device. In order to obtain the best comfort of the motorcycle, the elastic characteristics of springs on shock absorbers should be ideal.
