摘要
磨头磨料粒度间隔及抛前粗糙度的确定,对加工生产率和工件表面质量有直接影响。本文在理论分析的基础上,推导出磨削加工各工步间磨块粒度合理间隔的数学表达式,并提出了适宜抛前粗糙度概念和确定途径。此二结果均有实用价值。
Interval of grit size of grinding segments for stone calibrating and appropriate surface roughness before polishing are of particular importance to the surface quality of stone. In this paper,mathematics expression of rational interval of grit size for different grinding stages are derived on the basis of theoretical analysis. The concept of appropriate roughness before polishing is suggested as well as the method for determinating the same.
