地质勘探大直径电镀金刚石钻头的研制与应用探讨

摘要 ■91mm以上的大直径金刚石钻头在设计与使用上仍存在一定问题。采用低温电镀的方法制造人造金刚石孕镶钻头是钻头制造的一项高新技术。本文在理论分析与实际应用的基础上,论述了大直径电镀金刚石钻头必须特别注意强化钻头本身的防振性能与保径性能,介绍了大直径钻头结构设计与制造特点;在钻头使用上建议采用有效的减振钻具,推荐了“刚性满眼钻具”及其计算公式。介绍了这种钻头的实际应用效果。 There are some problems in the design and application of large diameter (lager than 91mm)bits. The method of manufanturing synthetic diamond impregnated bits by electroplating under low temperature is a world advanced technology in drill bits production. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and practical use ,this paper contends that particular attention should be paid to strengthen the shocknroof and diameter keeping properies of large diameter bits. The paper also suggests that we should adopt efficiently vibration damper tool in use of bits. Packed hole assembly and its calculate formula are recommended. Finally the practical results of above improved bits are introduced.
