摘要
本文介绍了一种加上摩托车发动机连杆用的新型金属结合剂CBN珩磨油石,讨论了金属结合剂特性、CBN的品级、粒度、浓度以及制造工艺对使用性能的影响。使用表明,研制的CBN珩磨油石达到了日本进口同类产品水平。
In this paper a new kind of metal bonded CBN honing stone for the link motorcycle engines is introduced. Influence of the characteristics of metal bond, type,size and concentration of CBN as well as manufacturing technology of the honing stone on the honing performance are discussed. It has been proved that the honing stone developed by the authors approaches the level of the similar products imported from Japan in terms of all honing performance indexes.
