摘要
含氮杂环化合物及其衍生物用作润滑油添加剂都具有良好的极压减摩抗磨性能和高的热稳定性能,以及良好的抗氧化性能和抗腐蚀性能,能够满足现代机械设备和环境方面日趋苛刻的实用要求。因此,近10年来,含氮杂环化合物及其衍生物作为润滑油添加剂日益受到国内外学者的广泛关注。为了推动其更快发展,对几种类型含氮杂环化合物及其衍生物用作多功能润滑油添加剂的研究发展现状作了概述与讨论,从含氮杂环衍生物添加剂的种类和分子结构着眼,重点阐述了它们的摩擦学性能与分子结构之间的关系,以及杂环母核和取代基中硫、磷、硼、氯等元素对其摩擦磨损性能的影响,并对含氮杂环化合物及其衍生物的减摩抗磨作用机理进行了探讨,同时还对这个领域今后如何开展研究工作提出了一些看法和建议。
The lubricating oil additives of N-containing heterocyclic compounds and their derivatives have attracted more and more attention in the past ten years.In order to push the workforward , the recent development of N- containing heterocyclic compounds and their derivatives asmultifunctional oil additives was reviewed in this paper; The kinds and molecular structares of N-containing heterocyclic compounds and their derivatives,and the relationship between tribologicalcharacteristics and molecular structures were expounded. The effects of elements(such as sulphur,phosphorus,boron and chlorine)in the heterocyclic moiety or the substituent group on the tribological properties were also discussed.In addition, the antifriction and antiwear mechanisms of N-containing heterocyclic derivatives were studied.Finally,the possible direction of research in this atea were proposed.
