Forecast on Technical Development of Changjiang 750 Series Motorcycle

长江75O系列摩托车是引进原苏联50年代的M72型老产品技术进行生产的,因而明显地表现为技术性能差的落后状况。目前唯一可行的技术途径是采用新材料、新工艺、新技术对长江750摩托车进行技术改造。提高发动机外观品质、减轻整机质量、提高燃烧效率、降低整车油耗、降低噪声提高制动性能、提高外观品质等,实现从设计到加工、装配、管理在内的一个全自动化过程。

Changjiang 750 motorcycle has been manufactured with the technology of the M72 product imported from USSR. As it is a product of 1950's of USSR, its technical performance is obviously backward. At present the only way to improve its performance is to use new materials, new process and new technology. The quality of the engine, fuel economy, the braking performance and the exterior appearance should be improved and the weight, the fuel consumption and the noise level of the motorcycle should be lowered down. A whole automatic process incorporating designing, machining, assembling and manageing should be realized.
