This treatise introduces a study on the systematic experiment of jet penetration into a ceramic target,analyses the jet pen-etration law and the mechanism of ceramic target anti-penetration,By an analysis of the velocity curve of both jet impact on the target and penetration,a mechanical model and an engineering calculation model of the velocity of jet impact on the target and penetration are estab-lished.In the end an engineering calculation model for jet penetration into a ceramic target and interference factors of the ceramic target against break-up jet are put forward.
