摘要
为提高脱碳溶液的吸收能力、降低再生热耗,对原空间位阻胺脱碳工艺作了进一步的研究,确定以"非空间位阻胺 DEA+空间位阻胺 AMP"为热钾碱复合活化剂,组成复合型空间位阻胺 NCR-PC_3。工业应用表明,溶液吸收能力提高约40%,吨氨 PC_3活化剂消耗约0.12kg,节能30%。本方法技术可靠,在工厂原有设备条件下,可获得增产30%的效果。
This paper introduces the development of composite stereo-hindered amine hot potash solution(NCR-PC_3)and its plants application.As the results indicated,that the NCR-PC_3 which used in decarbonization process was technical advancement and reliability under original equipments conditions, it can be increased capacity by 30% and saved energy by 30%.
