摘要
三种SiO2微粉的差热分析、红外光谱和岩相分析结果表明,硅微粉在水中分散后,80℃以前逐步形成以氢健为主,杂有硅氧烷链的链状结构;80℃以后则通过硅醇基脱水形成硅氧烷链的网状结构并保持到较高的温度。解释了无水泥浇注料干燥后的高强度特性。
The binding mechanism of SIOZ ultrafines in cenlentfree castable at low temperature was studied,three kinjs of SIOz fumewere used and DTA analysis, iraser analysis,microctructure survey were adopted. The results indicat that after dispersion of theSioz ultrafines in water, hydrogen bond and St-OH chain structure is formed before 80℃,and after 80C due to the dehydration and the polymerization of the St-OH chain,a St-O-St framework structure is formed. The experimental facts explieale foe high strength of cement free eatable after dry.
