摘要 用m-ZrO2和γ-Al2O3超微粉为原料,在四组配料中各加入2%TiO2,第五组配料中未加TiO2。经混合、成型、干燥、1550—1580℃煅烧后,获得了抗热震、耐侵蚀的合成原料。可用作改进连铸用功能耐火材料使用性能的原料。 The m-ZrO2 and γ-Al2O3 superfine powders were used as raw nlalerials in the syntheisation of Al2O3 systenl materials.Tabing specimens consist of five grouch of hatches among which four groupe were doped with 2% TiO2,except one without addition of TiO2. After mixing, shaping, drying, and sintering at ] 500-1580C an A12O3-ZrOZ composite with gial thermalshock resistance and corrocion resistance were obtained,which can be used as raw materials for the production of AIZO3-ZrOZsystem functional refractories for con-Casting.
