摘要
镁炭质实物质量除了根据低温(200℃)处理后的显气孔率、体积密度、常温耐压强度和高温抗折强度等物理性能来判断外,还应考查镁炭质耐火材料经高温还原气氛下处理后的上述物理性能,抗氧化性能,显微结构及物相组成等。根据不同的使用条件选择不同档次和品位的制品,既可满足生产的需要又经济实惠。
From the theoretical and practical view,tht author suggests that in the evaluation of actural quality of magnesia-carbon blicks,besides the consideration C,also the anti-oxidation,micrestructure and phase comopition and hot physical properties of the blick treated at high tempeature and reduction atmosphere be taken into considation.Different quality magnesia-carbon brick should be chosen according to different application.
